Eu, abaixo assinado(a), ao inscrever-me e participar no Run Club ou Bike Club da BrewClub, declaro livre e conscientemente que:

1. Natureza recreativa. Reconheço que esta actividade é exclusivamente recreativa e de lazer e não constitui prova desportiva, competição cronometrada, corrida federada, evento oficial ou actividade profissional. A participação é gratuita, informal, voluntária e por minha conta e risco.

2. Aptidão física e de saúde. Declaro estar em condições físicas e psicológicas adequadas para a prática de corrida ou ciclismo. É da minha exclusiva responsabilidade comunicar qualquer condição médica, lesão ou limitação que possa afectar a minha participação. A BrewClub não realizou nem tem a obrigação de realizar qualquer avaliação médica prévia.

3. Riscos inerentes. Reconheço e aceito que esta actividade tem riscos inerentes, incluindo, sem limitação: quedas e contusões em pisos irregulares; colisões com outros participantes, veículos, peões, animais ou obstáculos; lesões musculares, articulares ou ósseas; desidratação, exaustão, insolação ou hipotermia; episódios cardiovasculares; avarias mecânicas do equipamento; e riscos associados à partilha da via pública e do trânsito. Aceito estes riscos de forma livre e voluntária.

4. Renúncia e limitação de responsabilidade. Assumo integralmente a responsabilidade por quaisquer danos, lesões ou prejuízos pessoais ou materiais que possa sofrer em consequência da minha participação, na medida máxima permitida pela lei portuguesa. Renuncio a qualquer direito de acção contra a BrewClub, seus organizadores, monitores, colaboradores, voluntários, patrocinadores e parceiros, por danos resultantes dos riscos normais da actividade, incluindo eventuais actos ou omissões negligentes simples. Excluem-se expressamente desta renúncia os casos de dolo ou culpa grave, que não podem ser excluídos por lei.

5. Regras e instruções. Comprometo-me a cumprir o Código da Estrada, a respeitar os outros participantes e a seguir as indicações dos organizadores/monitores. A BrewClub reserva-se o direito de interromper a minha participação por razões de segurança.

6. Declaração final. Declaro ter lido, compreendido e aceite os termos acima, e participo na actividade livre, voluntariamente e por minha conta e risco.

I, the undersigned, by registering for and participating in the BrewClub Run Club or Bike Club, freely and knowingly declare that:

1. Recreational nature. I acknowledge this activity is exclusively recreational and leisure in nature and does not constitute a sporting competition, timed race, federated race, official event or professional activity. Participation is free of charge, informal, voluntary and at my own risk.

2. Physical and health fitness. I declare that I am in adequate physical and psychological condition to practise running or cycling. It is my sole responsibility to disclose any medical condition, injury or limitation that may affect my participation. BrewClub has not performed and is under no obligation to perform any prior medical assessment.

3. Inherent risks. I acknowledge and accept that this activity has inherent risks, including, without limitation: falls and bruises on uneven surfaces; collisions with other participants, vehicles, pedestrians, animals or obstacles; muscle, joint or bone injuries; dehydration, exhaustion, heatstroke or hypothermia; cardiovascular events; mechanical failures of equipment; and risks associated with sharing public roads and traffic. I accept such risks freely and voluntarily.

4. Waiver and limitation of liability. I fully assume responsibility for any damage, injury or loss, personal or material, I may suffer as a result of my participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Portuguese law. I waive any right of action against BrewClub, its organisers, staff, volunteers, sponsors and partners, for damages arising from the ordinary risks of the activity, including any acts or omissions of simple negligence. This waiver expressly excludes cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, which cannot be excluded by law.

5. Rules and instructions. I undertake to comply with road rules, to respect other participants and to follow the organisers' / staff's instructions. BrewClub reserves the right to stop my participation for safety reasons.

6. Final declaration. I have read, understood and accept the terms above, and I participate in the activity freely, voluntarily and at my own risk.
